Abstract
The “Cordées de la réussite” project was jointly launched by the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research and the National Secretariat for Urban Policy. Based on the actual conditions of different school districts, the project connects junior secondary schools, senior secondary schools, higher education institutions, and enterprises. Through a mentoring system that supports students’ personal and academic development, it helps children from disadvantaged groups increase their opportunities to receive elite education, achieve greater academic success, and set higher life goals. The project has achieved significant results and offers useful implications for promoting educational equity in first-class universities in China.

摘要
法国高等教育与研究部和城市政策国家秘书处共同发起“成功纽带”项目。该项目根据各个学区的实际情况，联动初中、高中、高等教育机构以及企业，以导师制陪伴成长的形式帮扶弱势群体子女增加接受精英教育的可能性，获得更大的学业成就，制定更高远的人生目标。该项目取得了显著的成效，对我国促进一流大学教育公平有一定的启示作用。
